Food As Medicine

Dietary therapy and food cultivation are essential pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine, especially in the practice of preventive care (treating disease before it arises). In Chinese medicine, food is not only nourishment — it is gentle, daily medicine that shapes our Qi, Blood, digestion, emotions, and long-term vitality.

At The Force Acupuncture, we integrate individualized dietary guidance into your treatment plan. Based on your constitution, seasonal changes, and current health patterns, we will share practical food recommendations and simple therapeutic recipes that support your healing process.

Below are some of the recipes we frequently recommend in our clinical practice.

*Please use them under the guidance of a qualified practitioner to ensure they are appropriate for your unique condition.
