TREATING CHILDREN WITH TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE
Since a young age, Qihui has had a passion for interacting with children. During his college years while studying social work, he worked with an organization affiliated with the YMCA in Shanghai where he was able to work alongside kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
In 2024, he served as a social worker at the Shanghai Children’s Medical Center, supporting children undergoing heart surgery and their families. Between 2020 and 2021, he received specialized training in pediatric acupuncture with Moshe Heller and Dr. Stephen Cowan through the Jingshen Pediatric Course, where he learned to treat children using Chinese medicine modalities, including acupuncture, shonishin, Chinese pediatric massage, guasha, and moxibustion. He is also a dad of a 5-year-old girl who has a calm spirit and gets along with children very well.
